Leeks Au Gratin

  1. Wash and trim leeks.
  2. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes in boiling salted water to cover.
  3. Drain and arrange in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
  4. Heat under broiler until cheese is melted.
