hummus (Jay's)
- 6 tbsp greek plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp garlic (minced from the jar)
- 3 tbsp tahini OR 4 of creamy peanut butter (trust me)
- 4 tbsp cilantro paste
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 can chick peas
- rinse n drain peas till bubbles dissipate
- place all ingredients into blender n mix till paste-like texture.
- (optional) top with olive oil n chopped black olives and/or pine nuts, dried roasted tomatoes or red peppers.
