Smoked Oyster Roll
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
- 12 teaspoon onion
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- pepper
- chop oysters and onions fine.
- blend all ingredients together.
- place mix on piece of saran wrap and shape or roll to look like a log.
- chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- when ready to serve take out of fridge, unwrap and roll log in finely chopped pecan nuts and serve.
