Chocolate Almond Dip
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. 2% milk
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Heat chocolate in heavy saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add condensed milk and corn syrup; stir until combined.
- Stir in 1/2 cup 2% milk and almond extract until blended.
- Stir in remaining 2% milk, 1 Tbsp.
- at a time, until of dipping consistency.
- Serve warm.
