Firehouse Salsa
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 5 tomatoes (tennis ball size)
- 5 italian plum tomatoes
- 1 lg. white onion (softball size)
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 habanero pepper
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. finely minced garlic
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- Dice tomatoes, onion and green peppers into 1/4 inch pieces and put in large bowl.
- Add the finely chopped bunch of cilantro (just the leaves).
- Add juice of lime.
- Add as much of finely chopped habanero as you like or other pepper of your choice.
- Add the rest of the items.
- Enjoy!
