Crock Pot Taco Chicken Wtih Salsa
- 1 -1 12 lb chicken breast, Bonless, Skinles
- 14 cup taco seasoning
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- In crock pot:.
- Sprinkle chicken on both sides with taco seasoning ( you will not use the whole 1/4 cup).
- Pour tomatoes & salsa over chicken & add salt & remaining taco seasoning.
- Cook on low until falling apart (about 6 hours).
- Please note that depending on which salsa & tomatoes you use you may need to add more or less of the taco seasoning & salt.
- These measurements were specific to the products I used.
