Green Chile and Cheese Crab Appetizers
- 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Crab Meat
- 1 jar (5 Oz. Jar) Kraft Old English Cheese
- 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Softened
- 3 whole Roasted Green Chiles, Diced
- 6 whole English Muffins Of Your Choice
- Remove all pieces of shell from the can of crab meat (if there are any, some brands are better than others).
- Mix together the cheese spread and the butter.
- Add the crab and green chile.
- Split the English muffins and top with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the muffins on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is bubbly and starting to crisp up a little.
- Cut into little triangles and enjoy!
- Alternatively, you can freeze the muffins in a single layer and then place them back in their packaging for freezer storage.
