Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. white Karo syrup
• 3/4 c. peanut butter
• 6 c. Rice Krispies
• 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c. butterscotch chips

1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and Karo syrup.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter.
4. Stir till smooth.
5. Add in Rice Krispies.
6. Mix till coated.
7. Spoon into a well buttered 13 x 9 2 inch pan.
8. Use palm of hand to even out cookie.
