roasted new potatoes

  1. preheat oven 200C
  2. chop potatoes into casserole dish
  3. add knobs of butter
  4. crumble oxo over the potatoes
  5. add hot water to cover the bottom of the dish
  6. cover and cook for 20 mins
  7. remove cover, stir and back in the oven without cover for another 20 mins
  8. stir again and cook until dark golden crispy and gooey
