Consomme Rice

  1. Saute onion in butter until just transparent.
  2. Stir in rice and mix well.
  3. Transfer rice and onion to a 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Stir in consomme and seasonings.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 hour at 350F.
