Steakhouse Potato & Turkey Soup #A1
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 large russet potatoes, cubed
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
- 34 cup shredded cheese
- In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, 1 tsp vegetable oil, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Place on a cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and rest.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, prepared mustard, and 3 TBSP A1.
- In a large soup pot, brown turkey in 2 TBSP vegetable oil Add onions and garlic.
- Sautee for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add cream, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and A1 Steak Sauce.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
- Add fresh spinach and parmesan cheese.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add shredded cheese before serving.
