Teriyaki Barbecued Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Place chicken in 3-1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. In small bowl, combine ketchup, stir-fry sauce and stir-fry seasoning mix; blend well.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cover; cook on Low setting 6 to 7 hours.
  5. To serve, remove chicken from slow cooker; place on cutting board.
  6. With 2 forks, pull chicken into shreds.
  7. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir to mix with sauce.
  8. Place 1/4 cup coleslaw blend on bottom half of each roll.
  9. With slotted spoon, top each with chicken.
  10. Cover each with top half of roll.
