Coconut Box Cake
- 7 oz shredded coconut bags (2)
- 6 cup milk
- 3 box Jello Coconut Instant Pudding (Sugar free)
- 1/2 cup egg nog
- 1 1/2 box honey gramham crackers
- Pudding, milk, egg nog and 2 handfulls of coconut in bowl.
- Beat with mixer on low speed until smooth.
- In plastic or tin pan, line bottom with gramham crackers, then pudding and then coconut.
- Repeat and then top with coconut and crushed gramhams.
- Fridge overnight.
