Coconut Box Cake

• 7 oz shredded coconut bags (2)
• 6 cup milk
• 3 box Jello Coconut Instant Pudding (Sugar free)
• 1/2 cup egg nog
• 1 1/2 box honey gramham crackers

1. Pudding, milk, egg nog and 2 handfulls of coconut in bowl.
2. Beat with mixer on low speed until smooth.
3. In plastic or tin pan, line bottom with gramham crackers, then pudding and then coconut.
4. Repeat and then top with coconut and crushed gramhams.
5. Fridge overnight.
