Sauteed Chicken In Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet, add in chicken, vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  4. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  5. wine, simmer 5 min.
  6. Combine cream cheese, lowfat milk, and remaining wine in a saucepan.
  7. Stir over low heat till smooth.
  8. To serve, place noodles on serving platter, top with chicken mix and cream cheese mix.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
