Laura'S Spaghetti Pie
- 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Add butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs to spaghetti.
- Form mixture into buttered pie plate.
- Spread on cottage cheese.
- Cook ground beef, green pepper and onions; drain.
- Add tomatoes, paste, sugar and seasonings.
- Spoon onto spaghetti crust.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese melts.
