Cookies & Cream Bars

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt 1/4 cup butter.
  3. Finely crush 16 cookies; place in medium bowl.
  4. Add melted butter; mix well.
  5. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  6. Coarsely crush remaining cookies.
  7. Microwave remaining butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
  8. or until melted.
  9. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
  10. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
  11. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  12. Add coarsely crushed cookies; mix well.
  13. Spread over crust.
  14. Melt chocolates in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  15. or until completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  16. Spread over marshmallow layer.
  17. Let stand 1 hour or until firm.
  18. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
