Cookies & Cream Bars
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Melt 1/4 cup butter.
- Finely crush 16 cookies; place in medium bowl.
- Add melted butter; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Coarsely crush remaining cookies.
- Microwave remaining butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
- or until melted.
- Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
- Microwave 1-1/2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
- Add coarsely crushed cookies; mix well.
- Spread over crust.
- Melt chocolates in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
- or until completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Spread over marshmallow layer.
- Let stand 1 hour or until firm.
- Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
