Cowboy Burgers
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 pound Uncooked Thick Cut, Peppered Bacon, Diced
- Small Onion, Grated
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Toasted Hamburger Buns
- Mustard and/or Mayonnaise
- Pickles, Tomatoes, Onions
- Mix ground beef, bacon, onion, cilantro, Liquid Smoke, salt & pepper together.
- Form meat into patties.
- Grill over medium heat until desired doneness.
- Assemble burgers with desired toppings & enjoy!
