More Kozhambhu

  1. Fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, red chili in a little oil.
  2. Grind the mixture with the coconut and add to the beaten yogurt.
  3. Add turmeric and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in rice powder, and heat on low until consistent texture is achieved.
  5. Heat oil and mustard seeds and add to the mixture.
