Crockpot Chili Verde

  1. Cut up roast into large chunks.
  2. Place pork pieces into crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle meat with spices.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Remove pork pieces and shred with forks.
  7. Return shredded pork to crockpot.
  8. Stir until well mixed.
  9. Serve with slotted spoon over rice and black beans with shredded jack cheese or in tortillas with cheese.
