chicken bok choy courtesy of my aunt.
- 5 cup water
- 1/3 slice onions
- 1 packages mixed chicken
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 slice ginger
- 1/3 tbsp garlic salt
- 1/3 tbsp black pepper
- 1/3 soy sauce
- 1 small bok choy
- First rinse chicken.
- Make sure to have a large cooking pot.
- Make sure to cut ginger.
- Small pieces to eat with soup.
- Next the browning for 7 mins.
- Get a tabelspoon of oil.
- Add chicken and garlic for 7 mins.
- Reduce temperature to medium heat.
- Make White Rice.
- Add water at least over the top of chicken.
- Let that boil for 35 mins.
- While boiling cut off the tops of either full bocchoy or baby bok choy heads.
- Then add your sliced onions.
- Boil that with bocchoy and more seasoning as well if needed.
- for about 10 mins.
- If needed add more seasoning soy sauce is recommended.
