  1. First rinse chicken.
  2. Make sure to have a large cooking pot.
  3. Make sure to cut ginger.
  4. Small pieces to eat with soup.
  5. Next the browning for 7 mins.
  6. Get a tabelspoon of oil.
  7. Add chicken and garlic for 7 mins.
  8. Reduce temperature to medium heat.
  9. Make White Rice.
  10. Add water at least over the top of chicken.
  11. Let that boil for 35 mins.
  12. While boiling cut off the tops of either full bocchoy or baby bok choy heads.
  13. Then add your sliced onions.
  14. Boil that with bocchoy and more seasoning as well if needed.
  15. for about 10 mins.
  16. If needed add more seasoning soy sauce is recommended.
