Holiday Sherry Cake Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients for cake and beat 3 min.
  2. Pour into 10 inch tube pan, well greased.
  3. When cold, ice with sherry glaze.
  4. Glaze: Heat sherry and butter till butter melts.
  5. Add in 10X sugar gradually and dribble over cake.
