Boneless Root Beer Pork Ribs

  1. Marinate pork in one cup of root beer for 4-48 hours.
  2. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Reduce rum in a saucepan by 1/2.
  4. Be careful of the flames!
  5. Add one cup of root beer, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
  6. Reduce by 1/2.
  7. Add bbq sauce and stir to incorporate.
  8. Place pork in a large mixing bowl.
  9. Toss with enough oil to cover.
  10. Add dried spices.
  11. Grill until pork reaches desired doneness.
  12. Brush with bbq sauce.
