Citrus Chicken Marinade
- 6 chicken legs or thighs
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Juice lemon, orange and lime.
- Save the rinds.
- Add all remaining ingredients except chicken and rosemary.
- Wisk to incorporate.
- Take the rinds of step one and place into Ziploc bag or container.
- Add mixture from step #2
- Add chicken.
- Mix together to incorpate and then add the rosemary.
- Refrigerate overnight or as long as possible.
- BBQ or bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
