Citrus Chicken Marinade

  1. Juice lemon, orange and lime.
  2. Save the rinds.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except chicken and rosemary.
  4. Wisk to incorporate.
  5. Take the rinds of step one and place into Ziploc bag or container.
  6. Add mixture from step #2
  7. Add chicken.
  8. Mix together to incorpate and then add the rosemary.
  9. Refrigerate overnight or as long as possible.
  10. BBQ or bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
