Snappy BBQ Beef
- 4 pounds Beef Roast
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 4 cups Chopped Celery
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Place roast in slow cooker on low.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over beef.
- Shred beef after 8 hours and serve over rice, potatoes or buns.
- Yields about 24 servings!
