Summer Breezer

• 2 cups French vanilla ice cream
• 1 ounce Galliano
• 1 freshly-squeezed lime
• 14 cup pistachio nut
• lime wedge (to garnish)

1. In a blender or food processor, blend together the ice cream, Galliano, and fresh lime juice.
2. Pour into a serving glass and freeze.
3. Before serving, sprinkle with the pistachio nuts and garnish with lime wedge.
