Comfort Goulash

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the tomato soup, beef broth, soy sauce, and stir.
  5. Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the macaroni and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring OFTEN so that the pasta doesn't stick to the pan.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  8. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, and when it is melted, it is ready to serve!
