Ground Beef & Octopus Basil Fried Rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Basil paste
- 70 grams Ground beef
- 70 grams Octopus, cooked
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 bowls' worth Warm cooked rice
- 1 tsp Kombu tea
- 1 Salt
- Roughly mince the onion.
- Thinly slice the octopus.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan, and pour in olive oil.
- Add the onion, and saute until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and stir-fry.
- When the colour of the meat changes, add the octopus as well.
- Turn down the heat.
- Add the basil paste and salted kelp powder to Step 2, then continue stir-frying.
- Add the rice as well.
- Taste and adjust the flavor with salt, then it's done!
