Italian Salsa Dip
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- multi-shaped savory crackers or BETTER CHEDDARS Snack Thins
- Mix tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Serve as a dip with crackers.
