Three Point Brussels Sprout Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain.
  2. Cut sprouts into fourths and set aside.
  3. Combine Large eggs, half the crumbs, soup, cheese, onion, and dash pepper.
  4. Mix in sprouts.
  5. Transfer to a 1 1/2-qt casserole.
  6. Combine remaining crumbs and butter; sprinkle atop sprouts.
  7. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 35 min.
  8. Makes 6-8 servings.
