Almond Dumplings (For Soup) Recipe

  1. Flour
  2. Beat egg yolks very light.
  3. Add in salt, pepper, parsley, almonds, baking pwdr, & sufficient flour to make a VERY stiff batter.
  4. Add in beaten egg whites.
  5. Test a teaspoonful in boiling water - if it boils apart, add in more flour.
  6. Drop from tsp.
  7. into boiling soup 10 min before serving.
