50's Tuna Mousse with Cucumber

  1. Combine cream cheese and tuna in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Place mixture in a mixing bowl and add the other ingredients until well blended.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning to your own taste.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use -- at least two hours.
  6. When ready to serve, cut the cucumber into 1/8-inch slices.
  7. Spoon a rounded tablespoon of the mousse onto each slice.
  8. Or pipe onto each slice.
  9. Serve immediately or keep chilled under plastic wrap until ready to serve.
