No-Mess Korean-style Mini Burgers

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the ingredients.
  2. Portion the meat mixture onto a surface, such as a cutting board with a big spoon.
  3. Use the spoon to shape into patties.
  4. Lightly coat a pan with oil and cook the patties.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Flip them over and cover with a lid (or cover with aluminum foil) and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer onto plates, scatter seaweed strips and sesame on top, and it's done!
