Coffee Cake

• 2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 23 cup milk
• 1 each eggs beaten
• 2 tablespoons butter melted
• 1/2 cup nuts chopped
• 13 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons butter chilled

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Grease 9 inch pan.
3. Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl.
4. Blend well.
5. Pour into prepared pan.
6. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
8. For the topping, mix ingredients until crumbly.
