Coffee Cake
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 23 cup milk
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 cup nuts chopped
- 13 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter chilled
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Grease 9 inch pan.
- Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl.
- Blend well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- For the topping, mix ingredients until crumbly.
