Homemade Tomato Hot Pot
- 300 grams Chicken thighs
- 8 Wiener sausages
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 can Canned tomatoes
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tsp Grated garlic
- 2 Consomme, cubed type
- 1 tbsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Add the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, lightly saute the other ingredients, then add to the pot all at once.
- When the ingredients are cooked through, it's ready to serve!
- Note: If you reverse Steps 1 and 2, you can make it all in one pot!
- Add rice to the leftovers, whisk in a beaten eggs and top with melting cheese.
- Sprinkle on dried basil and you have an "omurice-style risotto".
