Easy Shiratamako Pao de Queijo (Cheese Buns)
- 150 grams Shiratamako
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 Egg yolk
- 70 grams Grated cheese
- Mix the salt into the shiratamako, then mix in the milk a little at a time.
- Add the egg yolk and mix.
- Finally, add the grated cheese and mix well.
- You have to use some elbow grease here.
- Bring the dough together, then wrap the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll balls of dough from the chilled dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 20-25 minutes.
