Tricia's Potato Salad
- 3 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Sea Salt to taste
- Boil eggs for 8 minutes
- Peel and chop into a large bowl
- Boil potatoes until tender, approximately 20 to 30 minutes
- Drain potatoes and add to the bowl
- Add remaining ingredients
- Stir until well combined and serve
