Antartic Slush

  1. In a blender, mix liqueur, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup ice.Blend until well mixed.
  2. With blender running, add the rest of the ice, 1/2 cup at a time, until it is all well incorporated.
  3. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze 4 hours or overnight.
  4. To serve, let stand 20 minutes at room tmemperature.
  5. Return to blender and blend until it has a smooth consistency.
  6. Serve into small goblets and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
