Sweet and Sour Kale
- 4 cups kale, trimmed
- 12 cup finely sliced red bell pepper
- 14 cup olive oil
- 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 cup raw agave nectar
- In bowl, combine kale, red pepper, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
- Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Add agave nectar and toss to combine.
