Vickys Brandied Cherries, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Put the cherries in a saucepan with the brandy, sugar and apple juice
  2. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves then bring to the boil and let simmer gently for 5 minutes
  3. Mix the arrowroot powder with the water
  4. Pour into the pan and stir until thickened
  5. Cool and chill before serving
  6. Great with vanilla ice cream or with whipped cream and brandy baskets
