Miso Potato Salad

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat pot and add quartered potatoes and 2 tablespoon water.
  4. Saute for 5 minutes or until potatoes begin to cook partway.
  5. Add miso mixture and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
