Easy and Splendid Teriyaki Chicken Steak
- 2 sheets Chicken thigh
- 100 ml *Water
- 1 1/2 tbsp *Sugar
- 3 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp *Mirin
- 2 tbsp *Sake
- 1 Vegetables to garnish
- Cut open the chicken meat and pierce the meat with a fork.
- Soak the chicken in * ingredients and leave it for a while.
- Remove the chicken from * sauce ingredients and brown it slightly.
- Start with the skin side of the chicken.
- When both sides of the chicken are browned, add the * sauce ingredients and boil it down until it decreases.
- Cut it into small pieces and they are ready.
