Chicken with Black Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken pieces in an ungreased baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes; drain off excess fat.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon around chicken.
  5. Cover and bake 25 minutes longer, or until chicken is done.
  6. Serve.
