Pork Chops and Patatas #SP5

  1. Heat oven to 350* F.
  2. Brown pork chops in canola oil.
  3. While pork chops are browning, layer Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices in casserole dish.
  4. Spread onion slices over potatoes.
  5. Place pork chips, along with pan drippings, on top of onions and potatoes.
  6. Pour can of diced tomatoes over pork chops.
  7. Bake 350* for 45 minutes or until meat and potatoes are done.
