Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Combine beef,bread or cracker crumbs, eggs.
  2. ketsup, horseradish and water in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Shape into a loaf on a well greased jelly roll pan.
  5. Mix 4 Tbsp catsup and 2 tablespoons soy sauce for meatloaf glaze.
  6. Bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Baste with half the glaze and bake an additional 30 minutes longer.
  8. Dilute remaining glaze with 1/2 cup water.
  9. Pour over loaf for a nice gravy and bake 10 minutes longer.
