Dijon Thyme Broccoli With Pine Nuts

  1. Arrange broccoli in a steamer, steam covered for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Place broccoli in a large bowl.
  3. Combine shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and fresh thyme in a bowl, and stir with a whisk.
  4. Add broccoli, and pinenuts to the oil mixture, and toss.
