• 10 cup cakes
• 1 can green cake decorating icing
• 20 small marshmallows
• 1 tube black icing
• 1 oreos cut in half
• 1 red m&ms mouth
• 1 chocolate sprinkles

1. bake cake as directed.. let cool completely.
2. .
3. using the fatter tip of the decorating icing make big swoops to make oscar.
4. cut Oreo on half apply.
5. cut marshmallow in 1/2 with fingers shape his eyes to your liking & apply.
6. add black dot for eyes.
7. now add sprinkles for eye brows.
