Chives oil, homemade
- 2 cup chopped chives dried
- 2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 sterilized container
- Take chives put into container
- Take 1/3 cup of olive oil room temperature pour over the chives in container heat the remaining 1 and a third cup of oil till hot but not to cook the chives pour over the top of chives in container if not enough oil add more olive oil to top off just use room temperature
- Let sit at least 1 week before using but if you can wait 4 weeks
