Anne's Qrazy Quesadilla
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium flour tortilla (any kind)
- garlic pepper seasoning (Lawry's is what I prefer)
- 12 cup cheese, Mexican blend (shredded, any kind)
- 2 slices American cheese (any kind)
- hot sauce (Cholula Hot Sauce "Original" is what I prefer)
- dipping sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing (Hidden Valley Buttermilk is what I prefer)
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce (KC Masterpiece is what I prefer)
- Start off by heating butter over meduim heat until liquified.
- Throw in a flour tortilla and brown both sides until golden or crisp (your preference).
- Once brown, season with garlic pepper one side first; flip over and season the other side.
- Once both sides are seasoned and brown, leave on one side and place the mexican blend cheese and American cheese slices in the CENTER of the tortilla.
- (Make sure the stove is still on medium).
- Carefully fold one side on top of the other (like a taco) and press with a spatula.
- Cook for 2 minutes; flip and cook for two more minutes (or until cheese is melted).
- Make sure each side of the quesadilla is brown before with melted cheese before removing from heat.
- After removing the quesadilla, place on a plate and cut it in half or fourths (whichever you prefer).
- Lightly sprinkle hot sauce over on one side of the quesadilla.
- Lastly, mix Ranch dressing AND BBQ sauce together in a ramekin or side dish.
- Dip and LOVE IT!
