Pumpkin Spice Bread
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) Can of Pumpkin
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (Optional)
- 12 Pecan halves (Also Optional)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp. of Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup of Canola Oil
- 4 Cups of Sifted Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
- 2 tsp. of Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. of Baking Soda
- 2 tsp. of Salt
- 2 Cups of Chopped Nuts
- 2 Cups of Mashed Bananas
- 2 Cups of Crushed Pineapple
- Alternate adding mixtures from bowls #2 and #3 to the first bowl.
- Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured pans (about 35 minutes for 6 small pans or 55 minutes for 2 large pans).
- Do toothpick test to see if done.
