Balsamic Chicken And Pears Recipe

  1. In nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tsp.
  2. vegetable oil.
  3. Add in chicken breasts and cook 8 to 10 min, turning once, till juices run clear when pierced with tip of knife.
  4. Remove chicken to bowl.
  5. In same skillet, in 1 tsp.
  6. vegetable oil, cook pear wedges till lightly browned and tender.
  7. In c., mix chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, cornstarch, and sugar till blended.
  8. Add in chicken-broth mix and dry cherries to skillet with pears.
  9. Heat to boiling; boil 1 minute.
  10. Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
  11. Garnish with rosemary to serve.
